Job Description:
Broadnet Technologies is seeking experienced Sales and Account Managers to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidates will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong drive to achieve results. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of our SMS products and services in a fast-paced, global environment.
Responsibilities:
– Sell our SMS products and services, and establish new accounts
– Manage a portfolio of accounts and develop positive relationships with clients
– Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to clients in a timely manner
– Arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business
– Engage in lead-generation, client prospecting, and sales strategy for assigned clients and regions
– Ensure client records quality and completeness in relevant systems
– Gather market and customer information and trends
– Strive to provide exceptional customer service and manage company reputation
– Strive to meet or exceed company and individual sales targets
Job Requirements:
– Work Experience: Minimum 5 years in a relevant industry
– Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Preferably in Business, Marketing, or Advertising
– Experience managing business relationships as a Sales or Account Manager
– Understanding of sales performance metrics
– Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
– Some travel to local, national, and international clients or conferences may be required
– Able to work different shifts occasionally for training purposes or to accommodate clients
